"When visiting the tanning pits in Fez I saw this particular cat, relaxing and unbothered by the streams of tourists coming in. The colour of the cats fur matched the fur of the tanned skins she was laying on. I tried to stay calm in order not to wake her by coming too close and took the shot. When I left the place she was still sleeping peacefully on her throne."

"Almost never in my life the most striking photos came in a planned way. It is always from an ordinary ride, from an unpretentious walk, on an ordinary day. For me, that's the true beauty of photography."

"For me, shooting film on old cameras evokes feelings of nostalgia and simpler times. Old cars evoke the same feelings - they're analog, there's lots of knobs and switches, they're inefficient and expensive to run, but so much fun. Combine the two and you get something really special."

"This particular shot was taken on my way from work. There was a storm building up, and I happened to have my Canon in the car. I stopped and snapped a few, because the lighting was absolutely stunning. I use Lightroom a lot to get my photos gloomy. I'm not ashamed to admit. The grainyness comes for free by shooting with the 35mm gold 200 film with minimal light exposure. I love the moody, grainy look it creates - and with small light adjustments the result can be incredible!
This is basically how create this style to all my cinematic/ moody shots - but I like to experiment and play. Im very new in this massive universe of filmphotography, so I tend to try out different methods and styles, just to see what comes out of it. Once you get to know your camera well, composition is everything. I usually never plan my objects/motives. I shoot whatever I find interesting."

"I never really looked at buildings until I looked through my camera. It is through my love for photography that I discovered architecture, and it is through architecture that I found love for my photos. Today, I cannot imagine one without the other, and they have become my personal obsession - a sort of therapeutic process.”
